rwp prompt: s*x in strange contexxxts

Digits

I never do the math
when we sleep together.
I let desire run into the triple digits.
I let lust, that dumb slut, multiply like toes,
little piggies eating roast beef, getting fat
and round at home, till I am born
to your ten fingers, which fuss
like snouts beneath my clothes.

I really love this short poem and where you take it - very original voice!

I like how you personify lust as a "dumb slut" and how it multiplies in a way that mirrors the impact of sex on those lust affects. I also like the pig-metaphor used here ambivalently, not just pejoratively.

It's a poem that has soared with metaphors. Really like it.

I love the way your poem blends child like images (fingers, toes and piggies) through an adult theme. Nicely put together, SarahJane!

No maths is required while s*x!

not doing the math can get you in trouble--you can wind up getting a bit too fat and round.
I like the little piggies here. There is something almost infantile about sex. Fingers as snouts is very evocative.
